I used to exercise often, but event then I continued having noticeable problems with my ADD. Although you do feel good during and after the session, it does very little towards improving your overall cognitive functions.

Really Exercises and the kind of dishes ADHD eat are affect ADHD life.I have worked fo more than 2 years as a teacher of ADHD students and noticed How they are Hyperactive when they eat chocolate or any food rich in sugar and How they are calm a little bit when they exercise.
