I really don´t know what to do, because my 12-year boy doesn´t do his homework and every day the teachers tell me about the incomplete work at school.

Homework can present all sorts of problems for kids with ADD/ADHD. Below are some article links that may be helpful.
Do you know where the break down is occurring? Is your son getting assignments home, is he understanding the instructions, is he having trouble focusing and completing assignments, are things getting lost in the shuffle back to school?
When things feel so overwhelming it really helps to try and pinpoint where breakdowns are happening, so you, your son, and the teacher can work together to put successful strategies in place.
