Hi Keath - Great Tips! #5 helps me the most. I use a PDA as an alarm and PIM. I also use it to keep notes for things I do on a day to day basis, but just in case there is any chance I might forget.

How did I miss this article? HUHM? Time is a constant thing with my ADHD that I need to work on! I really have no concept of time unless I am impatient about something, then I think it last forever!

I use a planner all the time and the article is so right on the fact that each morning, open the thing and look at it!

I use a “stubby list” to after I prioritize my day, this breaks out the top 5 most important things I have to accomplish and they are now in front of me for the to do as objectives that day!

In the past, bad me, I have forgotten parent teacher conferences, meetings at work, commitments, and appts even though I had them listed in my planner, because I would not plan each day and I did not look at the clock if I was engrossed in something at work! Now, like Bryan says, I have bells and whistles to trigger getting my attention and then helping me to transition to another project or thing to do. The trick here, for me, is to set the alarms in intervals, like at 15 minutes prior to wrapping something up, then 5 minutes, then zero time! This relieves the panic moment and gives me time to organize what I am leaving so I can come back to it and not waste time remembering where I was on that item! Good article by the way!
