How do you handle feelings of anger when faced with a situation where you just want to snap? This question was recently asked on our ADD/ADHD Forum.

"I have really been focused on how I communicate with people when I am mad or worked up and have been doing very well for the last year or so, pulling out all the new skills I have learned, doing my homework on learning to communicate and all that! Well, I found out today that in times of being blind-sided and thrown into a hot bed situation, I fell back on bad coping skills that were hiding just below the surface waiting and lurking! I was wondering what you all do when blindsided, how to you handle it and regroup?"

Please feel free to help by sharing your own tips and advice. You can post your ideas below in the comments section or respond to the original post in our Forum.
