Handling Family Conflict and Stress
Tuesday December 23, 2008
The holidays present many opportunities to bond with family, but this time of year can also present significant stress, particularly when family conflict arises. Click on Holiday Stress Management to learn ways to divide up your time over the holidays and handle conflicts and holiday stress that may arise.

This article was good and had some very good tips, but I would also add that there is not any law that says you have to see your family if it is not healthy for you! The kids and I stay at our own house, no stress, we invite single people we know over, we just hang out and do our thing. I also get iritated when people ask me why I do not spend the holidays with my “family”, my response is I do, me and my kids and pets and friends that are alone at that time!
Excellent point!
